From 4.55 to 5.05 with upgrade hd

Hi!
I need some suggestion for what is the best way to upgrade firmware and Hd:
1) Update first firmware to 5.05 and after using recovery upgrade hd
2) Update hd with recovery 4.55 and after update to 5.05 OFW
