is there a Homebrew or something like that for enabling other controllers directly ?

The title say it all , is there a Homebrew or something like that for enabling other controllers ? ( if there is one , i can't find it )

my goal is to use my old Arade stick ( it was compatible PC/Xbox360/Ps3 via a switch and it's not compatible with ps4 , i tried ) with fighting game AND games like Project Diva and some others i have
