updating PS4 pkg

hi guys, I am a newcomer on ps4 homebrew scene and trying to familiarize myself with what I can do with my hacked ps4.

I understand that to backup games with need the retail disc and/or the games are installed digitally since it's decryped when the game loads from ps4.

I am wondering if there's any way to update pkg files with the latest game updates, so the scenario is, I bought a retail disc, installed it, made a decrypted pkg. since I disconnected my ps4 from psn, how do I get to...
