I would like to use remote play PS4 4.55 with PS Vita 3.60/3.65 and i know that i need PS4 that was connected to PSN. But i don't have ps4 and i'm looking for new/used.
And my questions are:
will i able to connect vita (3.65) with ps4 (4.55) and play offline if previus owner:
a) removed psn account?
b) removed all account from console?
c) removed all data (accounts, games, settings) - something like format?
