PS4 Dumping woes

So some games seem to be more difficult to dump than others.
I've come across a few that seem to just not wanna be dumped and they display the same behavior:

Continually being stuck at the same percentage of dumpage.

Or increasing 1% than staying on that percentage for hours on end.

Having this issue with Uncharted 4 for example.
My disc seems super clean and scratch free, using a 19kb dumper payload.
