Stream ps4 to gpd win with or without remote play

Hi

I never activated ps 4 for remote play as it required you to sign in to psn and I was sitting on firmware 3.51. I have a GPD win which is small gaming laptop and would likt to be able to stream my PS3 and PS4 to it but don't want to go to latest firmware as required by remote play. Is there any other way to achive what i want?
