[Question] How do you move your profile to new HDD?

Hi

Title says it all really.

I've ordered myself a new 2tb internal HDD for my PS4 in order to take advantage of the 4.55 exploit and was wondering how I move my PSN profile when I'm unable to log into PSN due to out of date firmware.

I have looked in the settings on the PS4 and checked out the "Back Up PS4" section in the system settings but it doesn't look like this moves your profile, only captures, games saves and installs.

Anybody have any ideas?
