4.05 exploit install problem - where is start.py ?

So I'm following this guide:

I downloaded all of the required files and grabbed ps4-exploit-host-win-v0.3.16.zip from here:

https://github.com/Al-Azif/ps4-exploit-host/releases

and unpacked that tool.

however, the guide says to click on the start.py file, yet I don't have a start.py file in the unpacked tool folder ........

Anyone got any ideas why please?...
