need help for gentoo linux in ps4

so i downloaded gentoo from modded warfare yt video ()but im like a literal noob in using linux. in the process of learning gentoo i entered the code emerge --sync which deleted a lot of things and then added a lot more. but now im getting this msg and since it says symlink i think its somehow connected to ps4 files and idk what to do now. can anyone help. should i go through with it or should i delete everything and install gentoo again?
