Is this PS4 jailbreakable currently? CUH-2216A

I found this PS4 selling locally and I want to know if Its 7.02 or below. It has a photo of FIFA 19 on the back so I would assume it is old enough.
according to PS4IDENT it is 5.55 but they say they got it in stock only 2 weeks ago.

Please help as this is time sensitive
