External HDD games not showing after upgrading internal hdd

Dear All,

I have just upgrade my 500 hdd to a 2 tb hdd, and all my games were on the external hdd, however followed a tutorial and 2tb hdd is working on 6.72, but ps4 fails to even recognize my game library stored on the external hdd, I don't care about saves, only want to have access to those games, what am I doing wrong?

I'm using offical ps4 external hdd not the app2usb

Do I need to plug again my old hdd make any backup and restore?
