Playing 3D iso's and mkv files

Hi all - I know the PS4 can play 3d blurays but is there a way to be able to play rips of 3d blurays in either iso or mkv format ?

The ps3 was able to but just not sure if the ps4 has that capability.

The ps3 had an iso mounter app and you could use ntfs formatted drives.
