how to download p.t with SUWI ?

Hi guys, I just follow the tutorial how to re-download p.t with SUWI, but I just cant figure it out. The tutorial just say to install suwi and setup proxy on ps4 and launch the donwload. but where I am supposed to put the .pkg file of p.t. on my pc ??
