5.05 to 6.72 Can I update PSVR firmware safely?

I just updated from 5.05 to 6.72

Can I safely update the PSVR firmware to 4.10 without also further updating 6.72?

I have the DNS blocked and all that, I dont want to update everything by mistake

Or do I have to just spoof the VR with HEN?
