How do i connect back to playstation store to update?

I hacked my 5.05 PS5 pro way back, and i blocked update from downloading. but i forgot what i done, now it wont let me download firmware update or go to PSN. i tried restoring my setting but still the same. help?

Edit:I think its because of firewall rules, but my BT router wont let me delete them for some reasons
