Convert PS3 (PS2 Classic) game save to PS4?

Hi everyone. I'm a little fresh to editing hex codes with game saves & hex code material overall, but I am new to the PS4 jailbreaking scene & understanding terminology or whatever. My goal is that I wanna be able to convert my PS2 Classic Grand Theft Auto San Andreas game save to work with the PS4 version of this game.
