Not long time ago before my HDD went corrupt, I remember I could load the PS4 mods for GTA V offline, after I cached everything. Everything worked great!
But I have a new HDD so I had to start all over again...
I have done exact same steps like I always did, I have cleared the cookies etc and even cached everything, but for some reason I can't seem to load the Payload (PS4 mod) for the GTA V hacks.. I tried all of them, Lamance, Intense etc but nothing works..
