A favor to resign some saves for me please x

Hi to all, i have a couple of saves which i need to be resigned so my console will use them, it is a big favor to ask but i am hoping a sweetheart out there could help me. I am not the most technical and in all honesty wouldn't know how to use it, please could someone kindly help me ?
