I think i just totally fucked up :(((

Started my PS4 5.05 with Mira a little while ago and installed a .pkg which wasnt .fpkg so i wanted to delete it. I pressed option and chose delete with a little star marked with it when a menu opened with following options: *delete patch, *delete addcont extra data, *delete temp data, *delete download data, delete users save data, delete all users save data. All of this was checked and i erased it because i thouth that was for that specific pkg only. Is there any way to undo...

I think i just totally fucked up ((
