Having issue with converting to PKG (orbis-pub)

So far everything went smoothly ripping my physical games, except for two titles (so far)
SF5 Arcade edition and Pillars of eternity complete edition, both gave me error with elf something
tried to delete them from PS4 and dumping them again yet similar error, even though both games
are pretty smaller sizes than the rest of titles i've been dealing with
