Is there any differences between ESP8266 models?

Hello guys, i want to buy a ESP8266 to be able to play "offline" without having to connect it to a wifi, since i'm leaving town next week.

Note that this is the CP2102 version...

BUT the one i found is ESP8266 but with CH340 version instead.

Does it matter which one i choose?
